Developed by our team of programmers, system engineers and application specialists, the SMARTBOOKER system is a multifunctional, multilingual, multi-currency automated platform for accounting for the sale of travel services for a travel business operator. The Basic Component of the System is a system for managing tariffs and quotas (prices and allotments), which are dynamically supported by means of both automatic (XML, Json interfaces) and automated (GUI end-user interfaces) means of maintaining and changing information. For the work of external users-buyers of tourist services, the WEB site www.arktur.ua has been implemented as an add-on to the Basic System Component. Currently, it is possible to arrange the purchase of services for accommodation of clients in hotels and the purchase of package tours through the Site. Later, online booking options for other types of services, such as transfers, excursions (in Ukraine), etc., will be connected.
GUI interface for agents and corporate clients (B2b level)
It is used by our partners, according to authorized access in real time, for booking tourist services for accommodation of clients in hotels in Ukraine and some hotels in Turkey, as well as package tours in Ukraine. For each of the partners, a Special Sale Category is set, which determines the financial conditions of interaction with the partner during the sale of tourist services. Registration of partners can be done by sending an application in the form of a filled-in “Partners” form, which can be entered through the main menu item “Partners” on the website www.arktur.ua. The partnership can also be formalized by offline correspondence by e-mail at the address kkrat@arktur.ua. After registration, the partner is sent the Login and Password and the parameters of the Special Sale Category defined for the partner. With each authorized login to the Site, the user-partner will receive hotel seats for sale to his customers in accordance with this Special Sale Category. At the moment, payment by credit card through PrivatBank’s LiqPay is implemented.
XML/API Interface for partners
The interface is developed to interact with the automated software tools of tour agents and corporate clients, which are used to sell travel services, and which have the ability to integrate with our System in order to obtain online access to current tariffs and quotas stored in the System Database. The corresponding API and access authorization parameters can also be obtained by communicating with Arktur company managers by e-mail at developer-arktur@arktur.ua.
Interface for individual clients (B2C level)
The individual client-buyer can make hotel reservations, as well as package tours with payment by credit card through LiqPay of PrivatBank through the GUI of the Site www.arktur.ua. Booking by the client can be made both in authorized and unauthorized mode. Before authorization, you must first register on the Site and obtain the appropriate Login and Password.
